Minimum withdrawal to 0.004 btc is quite a good move to stop faucet abusers and that 0.0003btc as transaction fee is good for faster confirmation. Good move stunna.
If faucet abusers can get to 0.002 btc how long will they take to reach 0.004 btc 
the real reason for these sort of restrictions are aimed to reduce the transactions fees shelled out and all the sites using bitcoin are spending more amount of money as transaction fees and it was a matter of time that they increase the limit as fortune jack recently increased their withdrawal limit and i expect more sites to follow this approach.I dont know how you think it but as I did before, I can get 0.4-0.5 btc from faucet though and of course for promo and giveaway too in a month, so I think it is really possible to make this thing. You really need some luck to get it for sure, so no matter how much is min withdrawal or fee, as long as you can cover it from your faucet winning I think this is worth for sure
