Sad,Lisk was nicely hypded and was so promissing.Although it's not the end of the day yet and if intentions are genuine you can build something valuable with such sum of money and you don't have to be Vitalik to do so.I've missed the reason why it took so long to register foundation so money could be released.Anyone knows?
