Closed source is very dangerous, this coin cannot be taken seriously, pump will last till announcing as always. You are comparing Cloak with Dash and Monero both are open and have much better distribution. 
the cloak team can be taken seriously they proof it many times already in past, see also a security audit if you wish more information about the security.
Monero & DASH pumped to the moon already, so not sure if that a better choice to buy on top.
Better distribution or well for now YES but CLOAK is on the way... so all cool enjoy the race
