The fix that physicsdude suggested works for me on CentOS...
Move the
#define __STDC_FORMAT_MACROS 1
define out of the #ifdef WIN32 and also I think above any other #includes
I might have had to change this in a few places.

which files? ... and where? ... and is this with the v0.2.0.5? ...
