most bitcoin exchange platform have similar default user management and security features eg.

1 - mobile/sms verification
2 - email verification
3 - 2fa through google app
4 - id verification form

then each exchange offering different services to bitcoin users.

btc-e offering coins trading
cex.io offering buy bitcoin with card and bank account
coinsbank offering trading, deposit and withdraw coins using different payment method

i want to buy the "default user management and security features" and i will add my own exchange idea.
