Hmm IMO they ge on kraken not best PnD exchange.
Best PnD exchange is Poloniex IMO just look at alts volume there,
all altcoin want go there for big pump.
Pascal coin - when was added had massive pump now what?
PnD would be when they would tak here more than actual work behind would be done so i don't see ICN as PnD.
ICN token have stable value 20 000 - 40 000 area,
ICN is not like nowadays star DASH which got 20x up in few months.
ICN have really good entry point now arround 20000-25000 before platform is online and will keep rolling.
