The first thing that they really need is actually build an attractive site forst before they can offer good promo and giveaways. If people dont feel that their site is good or provably fair, may be they will join for the promo and giveaways of course but later on, much people will just abuse it without playing on their site, because most people not feeling comfortable
And for this site I think they are lacking many things thougu so I hope OP will do the site better to attracr more people playing on their site
