I recently purchased some bitcoins via bitinstant through moneygram i read on there blog that they are currently down. I was sending them to my bitstamp account it has been 3 days and the money has still not reached my account is this a problem from bitinstant anyone else been experiencing these kind of delays im just worried something has gone wrong.

P.S. i am new to the forum kinda new to bitcoins figured i would jump on purchasing some while they are cheaper before market rises again i love the idea of these wish i would have purchased when they where 6 a piece :p. Looking forward to getting involved on the forum thanks for any help with my question in advance .
