As for me being Dzeros, this is just plain stupid.
After just a few minutes of researching this James Volpe, It would be stupid to not expect him to defend himself with alt accounts.

You seem like the most obvious alt at the moment.

Then you should look at my history and see who I am before making an assumption. You can claim all you want that I am who I am not but it won't change the fact that my name is Kenneth Spindler, an American of German heritage who lives in West Virginia and all of my information is public and freely given to any who inquires. I have nothing to hide from anyone.

Don't be as stupid as the rest of these people, save yourself the trouble.

I'll vouch for Ken's name/address, FWIW, and add that I take for granted he's not Dzero - all the while disagreeing with his stance on the subject. [EDIT: Guess I skimmed too fast - CDB says (offline) I'm saying the same thing he said LOL.] IMHO the appropriate law enforcement should be involved here rather than people playing vigilante. It seems very likely the funds are stolen or largely so (even if he won them gambling, if his seed money was stolen it should be used to refund his victims IMHO), and ultimately finding the rightful owners and returning it would be the best course of action. While the bitcoin community might help with such an investigation, it's really up to law enforcement and the judicial process to best assess the ultimate fate of these funds.
