On Topic,do you have a better solution to punish him for his scams? Let us assume those 38 bitcoins he won is a fair deal and should be given back to him.What about the other 100 bitcoins he stole from the poor,naive bitcoiners ? Do you have a way of fixing that ?
I haven't doxed myself, for years now my information has been public as I believe those who hide who they are aren't trustworthy. I hold myself accountable for my actions and I expect others to hold me accountable as well as I am doing here. This isn't the first time I've posted who I am here on bitcointalk though and anyone who does a whois on my projects and services will obtain this info easily.
If people he has taken from in the past want to pursue legal action against him to get their money back then that is on them to decide. It is not up to BitDice to be a courtroom and a judge and just take his money.
Punishment for his past crimes should also be brought up in a court of law by those he took from. It is not up to us to decide his fate.
