Hacking and Phishing are two different things and two different crimes. Hacking is a felony here in the US while Phishing is only a misdemeaner and usually just carries a fine.
Either way,both of them are legally wrong.If is he unable to pay the fine,of course he lands in the jail.Not any different from what discussing we're having before.
The fact that BitDice didn't have the sense to check the links he was visiting before inserting his information is mainly their own fault.
lol now you're personally attacking the casino.So people invested in the pozni was their own fault,people who used MtGox was their own fault,people who get scammed by 100 other tricks is their own irresponsibilities but has nothing to do with people running them ? Law doesn't work like that.
We shouldn't let him get away with anything, evidence should be presented to the appropriate authorities in his home country where it can be handled appropriately. As I said before though, I personally hope he gets whatever is coming to him and it is well deserved. It just needs to be done legally and not out in the woods somewhere like in the old days.
