the reason is one word and that is "pump".
most probably the reason for this pump is that there is a competition between whales of ethereum and whales of Dash. they are pumping their coins and are competing against each other you can find both of their spams everywhere!

as I said in another topic, it is hard to predict it at this point. and if you ask me entering now is not such a good idea although price may continue to go up. because as the bubble grows the chance of a burst and price falling down increases day by day.
