I dont think so the beta black jack only for ico participant
it is a good choice to launch the beta black jack for everyone to test it.

Since Black Jack Beta would be on testnet, I'm certain that It'll be readily available for everyone . Myself, I'm just waiting patiently for Edgeless Casino to be fully developed and functional.
