We're subsidizing the majority of your fee in most cases. We generally attach a lower fee than average, if we let users set an even lower fee their transactions wouldn't confirm. However, will be taking your feedback to mind and seeing what's do-able.

And I truly understand your point here regarding the change in withdrawal fees. It's getting higher and higher everyday and the only thing that we can do about it is to adjust accordingly. If you don't want your transaction get stuck in the network, allot some more with your fees.
