the question is "why".
when you can use a much easier way of using a live linux (without the hassle of a cell phone and its privacy hazard of constantly being connected to the network and even possibly broadcasting data to your network provider) and print the safest cold storage meaning on a paper, why would you choose to use your cell phone?
I started with linux usb. It always tied me to a laptop, I was sitting there staring at the usb and the laptop screen trying to put them onto a single device when it hit me. I wanted the computer and screen on a portable memory computational device. So I dug for an old phone. I am just as paranoid (or more so) as the next guy. I created my setup from the ground up so I know what it can and cant broadcast. And it cant broadcast anything. Since I built it. I know waht it is. I bricked it into a hand held QR generator. It does what I want and I am no longer tied to a laptop.
