online gambling can be quite difficult since theres noone there to stop you, if you have casinos around you where you live, you have the option to sign yourself out to where you can never step foot inside that casino again.

It's true if you are a loner. But if you are living in the same roof with your siblings and parents, I doubt it if your urge to gamble is uncontrollable. A simple way is letting other family members to hold the password in your router, block sites where you gamble and of course obey the rules. If you can't obey your own rules, any method that you will try will never be effective.

Exactly, you are just like fooling yourself when you say you will do certain things for you to quit but still do it in the end. That's normal because that is how we are when we do not have the discipline inside us, quitting is not an easy job but one who are infested with gambling should do it immediately.
Let's listen to our love ones as in times of trouble, they are the only ones who can help us in changing ourselves to become a better one.

Good point mate if we do care for ourself we needed to take it seriously we need to divert our attention and listen to our love ones since they are the people who will support us in times of troubles better to give priority and live a life much better.

no matter how care you are in yourself , when you have no strong will and a real action to handle your gambling habit which actually have considered as a serious disease when you think you can not stop playing while inside your heart you want to quit.

don't think too much and just hold yourself whenever the feeling to play come up, just hold it until you think it has been your new habit to hold yourself from gambling.

Ofcourse, if you want to quit in a gambling for good. You must focus yourself in different strategies and different way of earning bitcoin. Explain to him that gambling isn't the way to becime rich and isn't the way of right path. Forget what you are doing and learn to work hard so that even if you all exhausted, atleast you have a good earnings.
