?How did the scammer contact you? Was it just a random person who added you on Skype, identified himself as 956893 (a newbie without any feedback who didn't even reply to your PM), and you were willing to take $250 via PayPal from him?
Why would you take that risk of getting your payment charged back?
my skype is in my profile so he just aded me and ask for deal
and about charge back risk i have some methods that no one can win charge back case
and he was ready to send paypal first so there will be no issue for me if he send first
