1.they asked us to move all the money, we've done but every transfer funds I experienced failed transfer.

Today morning you told us that you had 700
BTC there and they have closed/freezed your account and now you come and say that they are saying you to sweep your funds to external wallet, where is scam then.
You want community help but not willing to prove the source which might be a valid reason why coinbase closed your account.
