I noticed a lot of complaints (none recently) about Dwolla putting a hold on your funds for 30 days before you can send them, but I'm not sure if this only applies to sending funds to exchanges.

I just opened up an account with Dwolla and have a linked bank account, and want to deposit funds with that account and send them to another Dwolla user. Will I have to go through this 30-day wait nonsense?
