I myself would prob not let a ms70 2013 gilt let go for abything less then 3btc, and I'd prob set my ask price somewhere around 3.8btc. It's a hefty premium but I have not seen a ms70 for sale yet so they are very rare.
They are around, it's just most MS-70s I've heard of have been privately sold, and have not seen the public market.
