Voxels has been corrected at https://coinmarketcap.com/. Looks like they went with the number of 31.5 million for total marketcap, which is the 15% that was released for sale.

Guys have you noticed that total circulating supply of VOX
Are 31,500,000
Now check the selling VOX on POLO are around 20,00,000
And on Bittrex around 30,00,00
Total VOX for selling are around 23,000,000
It has some other exchanges also to trade VOX.
I don't understand everybody selling this coin
And Now 24 hours volume is more than 30 BTC.
I don't understand who is buying this coin and who is selling because this is the lowest price of this coin. I don't think anyone will sell in great loss.
CONCLUSIONS: VOX has own buyers and sellers and make the volume. They have agents who are buying and selling .
I don't have VOX but I am Alerting everyone from it.

It is self buying and selling, we need to be careful on this coin, vox was no.16, but now almost no.200, a tragedy is defined since day 1, the ico price is too expensive.
