I was on the 4/8 list and would appreciate a status update.  I sent a PM like requested by URSAY but didn't get a response.  Please update me/acknowledge that my case is being attended to.

You are on the 4/8 list.  Your Gox code was redeemed or expired so we will need to cancel the old coupon and issue you a new coupon.
