At first I thought I had forked, but I restarted and other peers are at the same height I am.

Then I thought it may be something to do with bter freezing BTC withdrawals ( https://bter.com/article/13524 ), but didn't they delist BQC a while ago?

Are there any remaining basic services like an exchange or block explorer for this coin?
