Yes, Primedice and Bitsler are almost same but Bitsler been providing new features like flash bets and more giveaways are running ahead as of now.
AFAIK The flash bet feature has been removed long time ago (Due to someone has exploited it (bug, if i'm not mistaken), and it's also for fair play with everyone when promotion for x billionth bets comes). I could say Bitsler is better than Primedice now.
