This book is shady. I've made a lot of wagers here but today they blocked all my accounts for seemingly winning too many free bets in the chat trivia they run.
From a support ticket:
"We do not allow more than one account per user or environment where connections are shared." - Nowhere in the rules does it say this. There are a ton of users on the site with WAY more accounts than me. The only mention of multiple accounts in the rules states they cannot be used for defrauding the book or circumventing bans/limits.
"They also found these being used for circumventing our promotions when playing trivia." - I use three different accounts, but I've only ever played the trivia or any other promotion on one single account at a time. I was well aware of the rule regarding this and made it a point to never break it.
I would think this is a standard rule for all sports books and bitcoin casino accounts.From a support ticket:

They all don't allow multiple accounts because of abusing their bonus promotions.
So if they closed your account(s) then it was justified cause it is a rule in their own T.O.S that you agreed to when you signed up for an account with them in the first place.
