Trust me it's really easy to use bitcoin even old people or ordinary citizens, as long as they can operate their smartphone i think they can use bitcoin simply as sending email, they don't need to know how blockchain works they only need to know basic information of the bitcoin and how to send it, we all know that majority of bitcoin users are geek and trader, it's very rarely to see ordinary people use bitcoin i think it's due to lack of promotion or maybe people are just too lazy and ignorant to use bitcoin.
