In terms of RChain "not doing anything" that's wrong. If you keep up with it, the sequence is more catered towards securing there large investment, forming the co-op and lining up the next steps in order to ramp up platform and dApp development.

If you don't think forming strategic partnerships, and securing a solid infrastructure(in terms of finances, strategy, team building) adds value, then you probably not a global market strategist.

Global market positioning takes a bit more time then minimal apps.

There's a lot smarter people out there who know this stuff.
