It's not yet happening,but could happen in the near future once mrai is stable and being traded in various exchanges and wallet has no bug to fix,by then the only way to get more mra is to buy andfaucet will only yield a minimum amount so they can come up with many people claiming..

1 claim per day makes sense. The idea is not to create jobs for click farming, rather, it is the ability for anyone in the world to get a piece of the token if they wish.
One way to prevent proxies is to block all IPs that come from companies like Amazon, Google, etc. And only let real IPs that come from people's homes.

Any human can still participate. If you want real proof of human - then you can organize SMS verification using a cell phone. That at least is a bit harder to fake.
