The problem with ads right now is that when we do attract a sidechain dev or two, the most critical component is scheduled to be totally swapped out. So, the "right time" simply isn't just yet.
Indeed, the perfect time to spend on PR will be when the new SDK is released to mainnet, which is why I've put a hold on the Lisk Awareness Campaigns... Until we have an SDK! They have begun coding it by the way... (Conceptualization phase) they are actively writing blocks of code.
