he stopped responding after i sent him the payment
I sent him 2 request at PayPal to return my money and he just cancelled them now he's ignoring me everywhere else!!! He said he needed proof of payment and I kept opening accounts for him and he would say there was nothing there so when I told him to check PayPal he stopped all communication!!! What a scammer!!!
