I was searching for alts of
Papa Bear, who was caught copy-pasting. Turns out that he is an alt of
Kaneki, who is permanently banned. This is listed on Pg1.
Admins should really ensure that ban evasion doesn't occur in such obvious cases, to reduce spam.
