It does seem kind of strange.

I've read that Jews have won 98.24% of all Nobel prizes. The only Nobel prizes not won by Jews were won by people who chose not to list their religion "due to past persecution".  

Not 98%, closer to 20%. Still very impressive though.

Also 96.2% of all medical breakthroughs have come from Jews. 88.6% of all patents are held by Jews. 100% of all breakthroughs in physics came from Jews.

Where did you get those numbers? Ever heard of newton for example? You may want to change your sources because that makes no sense.

20% is still a huge number. Remember that they account for less than 0.2% of the total population. That means that the Jews are 100 times more likely than the general population to win a Nobel prize. Or in other words, you can say that the Jews are 10,000 times more likely than the Muslims to win a Nobel prize.
