Update: funds were released a few minutes ago, unfortunately the damage has already been done since the BTC price dropped like a brick...

I edited the message and put the original text as a quote, the original post was only a few hours earlier. I withdrawed 10BTC first and another 23BTC about 12 hours later, in total it took about 38-42 hours before the funds were send to my BTC address... (right after I started complaining here and on Bitmain talk)
Having the funds within the 4-12 timeframe they claim for withdrawing > 10BTC would mean thousands of $ difference in value, I sold off my miners because I wanted to cash out and secure profits but to bad I ended up in a big loss just due to not receiving my funds in time
