I bought the guide and I can advise everybody not to buy it. It is not a method at all. To start he’s telling you that you can make money on ebay by selling digital items. So, nothing new.

The only thing interesting in this ebook is a method to bypass the paypal 21-day hold. I’ve never seen the method before but you need a paypal account with a bank attached to withdraw. You can better use the service offered here on bitcointalk to release the 21 day hold after 72 hours.
First thing I noticed after buying the method is it has nothing to do with IPTV at all. I asked BitcSeo about it and he replies with something about a deal with a reseller he has to negotiate. So nothing on IPTV sales.

BitcSeo gives a website in the method where you can buy adobe product and keys to sell on ebay. The first 2 days after I bought the ebook I couldn’t access this website. BitcSeo told me to wait for 1 or 2 days. So, after 2 days the website is online but it is clearly BitcSeo own website.

After that I asked him for a refund because this is not word $50 at all. No reply of course. After I asked BitcSeo for a refund again he replies telling that I have multiple accounts here and he has reported all of this to the mods.
