I know things are crazy right now but I tried to deposit into MtGox via a ZipZap bill and I didn't receive any kind of QuoteID or EventID or anything to track it from you guys.  The only thing I have is the ZipZap reference #27832823 or my email.

URSAY, I have been a supporter of all you've done so far, but I've had it.

My transaction of $1,000 from last Saturday, April 6 STILL has not gone through. I was added to the list on April 8, with the promise my problem would be resolved within 24 hrs.

It has now been 3 days since then and I've received no update, and no one has followed up. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

I want a full refund of my money or I will be taking legal action as well.
