and i got about $20 worth of bitcoin.
how can i start to gain more bitcoin with it?
should i invest? but its too low, it just $20.
or should i do exchange and gain some with it?

The thing you can do invest your 10$ into trading, buy some some altcoins in there then trade them in a short terms trading investment. After that another 10$ put them in buying ICO coins that are potentials coin which it has a capacity to to multiply your investment into x10 or more.
Investing in ICO is a big risk as you don't know what price it will hold once it is listed on exchanges and many of them are simply as scam and eat all your money so its good to do good research before investing into it so its better to invest in altcoins that has operating since long time and you can expect certain profits from it.
