Do I have to submit something through bitinstant.com/contact? I know that I was on a couple of lists and you said you escalated my issue, and then an email saying that I was sent coins but I haven't gotten anything yet. If I need to resubmit something that is fine, I would just like to know

I spoke with someone today regarding the execution price issues. They are hoping to resolve some of those issues today if they have not started this already.
bitinstant was supposed to execute my trade at 04/07 for a total of 2.52047889 BTC
I only got 2.04136689 BTC
I want to refund the remainder as USD
I'm getting sick of yelling at the computer screen
