Extremely well written. TL;DR for Legends crew - In a space that is unregulated and operates exclusively off of reputation and trust, the worst thing you can do is put a bad foot forward and come off as though you lack integrity. You have an opportunity to prove you are willing to do the right thing, increase transparency for your investors, and receive a pass from some of us in return. The largest mistake you can make is to double down, deflect blame, or otherwise try to bury the situation. That will absolutely seal your fate in this community, where the former will simply let you take your licks and show you have what it takes to survive adversity. That will prove to everyone here you have the right stuff to survive the challenges you will encounter along the way.
