Monero cant be tainted. If you will use it then Coinbase will have no motive to close your account again.

Agreed. Here is the simple example: Dollars can't be tainted. Go deposit $100k of loose bills with your US bank and see what happens. Even better, deposit it in slightly sub $10k increments.
