Actually many users on this forum have already pointed out to the admin of FreeBitco.in to show the provably fair system of their lottery draw, but I don't think the admin ever reply on this question before, I personally have not won any lottery after a period of 1 year using their site as a faucet, but anyway it is all free tickets from the claiming of their faucet, so nothing to complain about
