Gleb you stated your opinion, shared links, made assumptions and you keep going at it, just making assumptions.
We have setup this thread for people who are interested in a membership to our upcoming club, do respect these people, what you are doing right now is just trolling nothing less, nothing more.
You don't like our project fine, we don't expect everyone to fancy a membership to a gentlemen's club, nothing for you to see here, move on.

As we mentioned the team is working on providing more detail about the new venue and the stars involved.
Everything else you see here is just speculation, unless it comes from us or Nick or Kevin it is not official.
