Renato, I think this has happened to a lot of people who didn't understand the need to include the Memo information when depositing to Tidex. It's pretty unique and easy to overlook. Your best bet is to contact support. They seem to be active on the site's troll box during business hours Russia time so be aware of that if it takes awhile for them to respond. They have some procedure they'll put you through. And it apparently takes some time. But don't worry. They won't be lost.
