What will the dev team/ "foundation" do with the "donated" SDC tokens? Will they be burned? Kept in a wallet for future sell in market or sell after exchange?
They plan to collect 3.32 million (cap / goal) which is 50% of SDC in circulation based on coinmarketcap. What will happen to remaining SDC? And ShadowCash project itself - will it be abandoned?

It's fairly clear now... 3.32 million is a "goal", not a "cap".
They will take all SDC for a month, after deadline April 15th *** SDC will cease to exist ***...
The remainder not converted will go 80% to "seed round participants" and 20% to "foundation" (in the form of PART).
So you have a month to get a good price for SDC...
Plus everybody gets a piece of all SDC not converted (in the form of PART)...
Also, in about 9 months PART gets diluted by about 10%.
Considering they unilaterally, ruthlessly decided to kill SDC *** in order to go mainstream ***...
It's actually as good deal for SDC holders as could be imagined.
So PART starts out with a cap of about $10,000,000 (but they are shooting for Top 10 alt)...
