Hey everybody I'm back to try and help with your issues as much as possible...

What is the deal? I haven't received my bitcoins and its been nearly a week. That's ridiculous. Please inform me on what is needed in order to complete my transaction. I can't believe you call yourselves BitInstant... What a joke. Horrible service.
