There's a new site that has XRB/BTC exchange, let's wait after the maintenance and it will be back to 650sats.
That new Exchange have huge problems, I am already waiting for more than 16 hours and the coins that I did send are still not in mine wallet, sending a support ticket didn't help also they simply didn't answer it. Answers as patience is the only thing you get in their chat.
It's because their XRB wallet is on maintenance, wait until they fix it, and your coins will be there.
