How do I reset my password? I changed it, one time I went in and no longer allowed

Sorry, another dumb question.
My PC had a bit of a flail before and I had to restore but couldn't backup, I had saved my raiblocks wallet ID to a cloud storage so I still have that, how can I import that to my wallet or have I lost that account now?

To restore you need Seed or at least files from %LOCALAPPDATA%\RaiBlocks\baclup folder
