To backup Seed follow this instrustion
You can copy the seed to your clipboard in the wallet by going to "Advanced" -> "Accounts" -> "Backup/Clipboard wallet seed". It will copy Seed to clipboard, you won't see any notification! Then paste Seed to Notepad/Word/other text editor with Ctrl+V or right-click --> Paste and save in safe place

You cannot restore accounts only by account id. Perhaps you can restore old (deleted?) database files from %LOCALAPPDATA%\RaiBlocks with some data recovery software like R-Studio Sad

Thanks, looks like I've lost the account then, my own stupid fault. Have made a new account and have backed up the seed and backup folder.
