This is similar to nothing else. DASH is on its own way. Nothing else. Except the part where Bitcoin weaknesses did it to all top alts.
PIVX seems similar in some ways. They have a lot to do, but the proposal to implement zero knowledge transactions and the "seesaw" could be improvements.

They cant even get Governance working even though its a direct pull from Dash.
