In peer-to-peer services you're responsible for your tokens and their usage, not the party who has created the infrastructure for these services. "Refunds", "chargebacks", "payment reversals" etc. are concepts that generally don't apply to decentralized services such as HEAT Asset Exchange, NXT Asset Exchange, or Bitcoin for example.
