man - your issue is already being dealt with, posting the same thing over and over again only makes for more clutter in this thread and makes it hard to help other customers.
Aside from that, though it is entirely reasonable to be upset when you have an issue with any service (including BitInstant), I would caution against using ripoffreport (feel free to post negative but accurate reviews elsewhere) - from a brief look over their site we can not respond without paying them fees.
